Freibergite – Pribram (CZ)

This is a specimen from the classic mining district of Pribram in the Czech Republic. The specimen comes from your old collection and has a unique paragenesis of siderite, sphalerite and frebergite. Freibergite, a rare silver ore, is excellently crystallized and forms a nice contrast to the bright siderite with its metallic grey color. Small, red sphalerite crystals can be found next to the Freibergite. A real classic that is not easy to find.
