Fluorite, Laumonite – Litice nad Orlici (CZ)

Thinking about fluorite from the Czech Republic most collectors wouldn’t even think about Litice. A quarry next to the villiage produced an interesting and quite unusual paragenesis: fluorite and Laumonite! This is a very fine and rare sample showing little green fluorite-crystals in association with white laumonite. Minerals from Litice have never been common, so this is a good chance to add something special to your collection.
