Fluorite – Freiberg (GER)

This is a not entirely undamaged fluorite specimen from the Freiberg district. The fluorites are yellow on the inside and have a gray-greenish zoning on the outside. The faces of the crystals are also different: some faces are highly lustrous, those next to them are somewhat duller and others have a layer of micro-quartz on them. The large twin in the center is probably the most striking. The main crystal of this German classic measures 3 cm. The specimen comes with the old label.
