Some remarkable finds were made in a small mine about 40 km southeast of Lake Namak. The mine has no official name and no further mining takes place there.
Mainly azurite and malachite were found, some specimens even have pseudomorphs from azurite to malachite (similar to the specimens from Tsumeb).

This piece bears some very dark, blue azurite crystals on a matrix of limonite. The crystals are extremely dark blue and not easy to photograph.
